KETO/LOW CARB COMPANIES
These are simply companies I have tried personally and fell in love with. Good companies, great product, and in my opinion worth the money. I hope to add to this list over time, but I only want to add things here that I truly support.

4505 Meats
I still haven't tried ALL the flavors, but these are my favorite chicharrones so far. They are dangerously delicious though. You can devour the whole bag quite easily... I found this out the hard way.

ChocZero
You've heard of this company already, I'm sure. I am in love with their syrups. I know some people don't get along with them for various reasons (bodies all work differently) but it is the closest thing to real syrup I've come across on keto. They are also great on desserts, or used in the actual baking process as well. Not to mention all of the keto 'granola' recipes you can make with these bad boys.

Kawaii Treats & Eats
If you enjoy all of the keto treats, but don't have the time to create the recipe all from scratch? These are for you. If you don't feel like splurging on a full bag of Almond Flour for a single batch of cookies? These are for you. Interested in sinking your teeth into some cornbread, but don't want to allow corn in your diet? The corn-free cornbread mix is to die for.
Can you tell I have yet to meet a mix I didn't love?

Lily's Chocolates
Honestly, do I even have to dive into a description on this one? Delicious chips for your chocolate chip cookies, incredible bars for a quick snack, perfect to melt for a ganache... they even have holiday flavors that are absolute must-trys!

Ultima
Obsessed. My husband and I both - we cannot get enough. I have tried all of the flavors, and without a doubt Lemonade is the household favorite. I highly suggest picking some up if you are in need of some additional electrolytes in your life.

Konscious Keto
You know I am in love with a good bedtime shake. I never seem to get all of my protein in on the days that I do intermittent fasting, and I also love a good bedtime snack. Win/Win. This shake is one of my new favorites because it is delicious and SUCRALOSE FREE.
(Okay, I totally ingest sucralose on occasion, but wherever I can cut it out - I am going to!)

GENERAL BAKING INGREDIENTS
These are the ingredients I find myself using frequently and constantly re-ordering. I am including links to the Amazon listing when possible for two reasons.
One: Ease of ordering. I know I like to make sure I have the perfect ingredient to get the right results when following a recipe, I would like to provide that for you as well.
Two: Affiliate purposes. I am new to all of this, but these are affiliate amazon links. All this means is that if you click a link and choose to order, I get some credit for referring you. This doesn't cost anything extra on your end - but I did want to be fully transparent.

Sweeteners:

Anthony's Erythritol
This is the one I find myself ordering most frequently. I can get a 5lb bag and know that I am getting a quality ingredient that will last me quite a while.

Allulose
While slightly more expensive than erythritol, this one behaves more like 'real sugar'. If you are into caramels, or candy making - this is the sweetener for you!

Stevia Glycerite
To be honest, I prefer this to the simple liquid stevia. It is slightly thicker and I think it lends a better flavor. Aside from that, it is perfect to help make homemade 'brown sugar' (sweetener, not real sugar!) and a little really goes a long way. I am still on the first bottle I ever purchased over a year ago and I no joke use this every single day. Well worth the investment in my opinion!

Flours:

Anthony's Coconut Flour
I will admit that I have tried a few brands and they all seem fairly similar to me. I personally trust Anthony's as a brand and always find myself clicking on this link when I need to order some more. The bulk bags seem pricy in the moment, but I bake a lot and I rarely have to order more since it lasts so long.

Anthony's Almond Flour
The same can be said for this 'flour'. I have tried other brands, but I always come back to this guy. Quality products that last me a long time. Why fix what isn't broken, right?

Lupina Lupin Flour
Obsessed is an understatement. I absolutely love Lupin Flour and the flavor and mouth feel it lends to the recipes I use/create. The tricky bit is that is has to be this brand. The others are not the same, they are bitter and not worth you spending your hard earned money on.

Oat Fiber
Not technically a 'flour' (be sure you get the "Oat Fiber" and not "Oat Flour") but this is another one that helps with mouth-feel and flavor. No need to worry about additional carbs from this guy either!

Vital Wheat Gluten
Clearly this one will only be for those of you without gluten intolerance. I don't always use this in my recipes, but there are certain things I make that just wouldn't be the same without it. A little goes a long way and the first bag I ever purchased is still the one I am using today.

TESTING

Ketone Test Strips
Looking to order some new test strips for your Keto Mojo? I learned the hard way that the two day shipping from amazon is the way to go. No more tracking your missing package for 5 days!

Blood Glucose Test Strips
Can I just say "ditto" here? Same story, different strips.

Natrol Melatonin
This has honestly been my saving grace to get a good nights sleep for the past few months. I have tried some other brands, but keep coming back to this gem. I assure you this comes highly recommended by both me AND my husband.

Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker
This one is quite simple, but gets the job done flawlessly. I honestly feel no need to say more - it's extra worth the 'splurge'.
